QUESTIONS ABOUT PACKAGES

Pricing is built around your team and your season — not a one-size-fits-all rate card. There's a one-time setup fee, then a flat monthly fee for the duration of the season you're running. We also offer add-on packages for playoffs, off-season campaigns, and event-driven pushes when you need extra firepower. The flat fee covers software, AI, optimization, and strategy. Ad spend is separate and funded directly into your own ad account (which you own). No per-lead or per-ticket fees.

Yes — there's a one-time setup fee that covers the Discovery and Build phases: CRM configuration, landing pages, ad creative, AI training, tracking, and integrations. The exact number depends on the scope (number of integrations, custom workflows, etc.) — we spell it out before you sign anything.

Each package includes setup and management of one primary ad account (typically Meta). Additional ad accounts — for example a separate Google Ads account, LinkedIn Ads for sponsors, or a secondary Meta account for merch — are available as an add-on. We'll scope what you actually need on the discovery call.

We sign on a per-season basis (typically 8–12 months depending on sport). The system needs at least a full season cycle to compound results.

Yes — you can step up from Game Day to Full Season to Front Office any time and we'll turn on the new channels within a week. We don't pro-rate: an upgrade is just a shorter season at the higher tier, billed at that tier's monthly rate from the upgrade date forward.

We work with what you have. Many teams keep their existing CRM as the system of record and use our platform as the activation layer. Custom integrations with your existing CRM, ticketing platform, or other tools may increase the setup fee — the APIs and automations need to be built, tested, and maintained — but we'd rather connect to your stack than ask you to rip and replace.

Yes. Your CRM data, ad accounts, ticketing data, and audience lists all live in accounts you own. If you ever decide to take it in-house, you can — we don't lock you in.
